Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Collab, a product of Park You, is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. This page explains our Child Safety Standards, how we moderate the platform, and how to report a concern.
Zero-tolerance commitment
Collab does not permit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, or any behaviour that endangers a minor, anywhere on the platform. Any violation of this standard results in immediate content removal and account termination, and is reported to law enforcement where legally required.
1. Child Safety Policy
- Collab is an 18+ platform built for businesses and influencers to run marketing campaigns. It is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by children.
- Collab has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or behaviour that endangers a minor.
- This policy applies to every part of the platform — profiles, campaign listings, uploaded content, in-app chat, and any other user-generated material — and to every user, business, and influencer on Collab.
- Any account found to violate this policy is permanently removed, and the underlying content is taken down immediately upon detection or report.
2. Community Guidelines
- Only individuals aged 18 or older may create an account or use Collab, as either a business or an influencer.
- Users may not upload, share, request, or link to CSAM or any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor, on or off the platform.
- Users may not use Collab's chat, campaigns, or profiles to contact, groom, or solicit minors for any purpose.
- Impersonation of a minor, or misrepresenting a minor's age to bypass these guidelines, is prohibited.
- Violation of these guidelines results in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, depending on severity.
3. Reporting Abuse
- Any user can report a profile, message, or piece of content they believe is abusive, exploitative, or endangers a child, directly from within the Collab app.
- Reports can also be sent to our safety team at support@parkyou.in with as much detail as possible — the account/profile involved, a description of the issue, and screenshots if available.
- Every report is reviewed by our team. Reports involving suspected child exploitation are treated as highest priority and actioned on an expedited basis.
- Reporters' identities are kept confidential and are not shared with the reported user.
4. Blocking Users
- Users can block another account directly from that user's profile or from an active chat within the app.
- Blocking a user immediately prevents further messages, campaign invitations, or applications between the two accounts.
- If you're unable to block someone through the app for any reason, contact support@parkyou.in and our team will action it manually.
5. Content Moderation
- The Collab team reviews reported profiles, campaign listings, and content submissions as part of our moderation process.
- In-app chat between businesses and influencers runs through automated content filtering, in addition to being reportable by either party.
- Business accounts go through a verification step (GST/registration or PAN) before they can launch campaigns, which helps deter fraudulent and bad-faith accounts.
- Moderation decisions can result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
6. Safety Enforcement
- Accounts suspected of CSAE, or of violating these Child Safety Standards, are suspended immediately while under review, and terminated permanently if the violation is confirmed.
- Violating content is removed from the platform as soon as it is identified, whether through a user report or internal review.
- Where legally required, Collab cooperates with law enforcement agencies and reports child exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including India's designated reporting channels.
- We preserve relevant account and content data as required by law to support legitimate law enforcement investigations.
