Delete Your Collab Account

You can permanently delete your Collab account and associated profile data at any time. This removes your profile, campaign/application history, and wallet from Collab. Completed transaction records may be retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

  1. Open the Collab app and log in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Tap “Delete Account” and confirm via OTP.

Option 2: Request deletion here

If you no longer have access to the app, submit a request below and our team will verify and process it.
